On September 25th, JFS of Metrowest was honored to participate in the second annual Senior Wellness and Resource Fair, hosted by the Natick Council on Aging and Human Services. The fair was coordinated by the dedicated Human Services team — Debbie Budd, Joan O’Dell, and Katie Carew.
With more than 35 agencies, town departments, and community organizations represented, the fair provided older adults with invaluable access to resources, programs, and support services designed to enhance their health and well-being.
According to Donna Tarutz, Director of the Council on Aging and Human Services:
“This Wellness and Resource Fair provided an excellent opportunity for the older adult population to learn about the different resources and supports available to them. In addition, it gave the agency staff and volunteers a golden opportunity to meet and interact with one another. We value our partnership with JFS Metrowest and appreciate our ongoing relationship.”
At JFS, we are committed to supporting older adults in our community and strengthening connections between agencies, staff, volunteers, and the individuals we serve. Participating in events like the Senior Wellness and Resource Fair reflects our ongoing mission to ensure older adults have the resources they need to thrive.
Thank you to the Natick Council on Aging and Human Services for your ongoing partnership and your commitment to supporting the needs of older adults in our community!
