JFS is seeking an experienced, compassionate Social Worker to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs, develop practical plans for greater stability and well-being, and connect them with critical resources and support.
Your work will include helping clients navigate social, housing, employment, financial, health, legal, and other resources; developing individualized action plans; providing ongoing follow-up; and working alongside colleagues to respond to changing needs.
We’re looking for someone who brings empathy, sound judgment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build respectful relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and 4+ years of post-degree social work/case work experience.
Salary: $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with education and experience
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with benefits
Location: Framingham, MA, with the ability to work in-office and remotely
