My name is Ana Guzmán, and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who graduated from MassBay Community College. I currently work as a Home Attendant at JFS, where I provide care and support to individuals who need assistance in maintaining their well-being and independence. In my previous work experience, I have had the opportunity to care for older adults, and I am truly passionate about serving this vulnerable community with compassion, respect, and dedication. I also hold certifications in Caring for Alzheimer’s & Memory Care and QPR Suicide Prevention, which have strengthened my ability to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. I am committed to continuous learning and to providing the best possible care to every individual I serve.
I believe my work at JFS is important because it helps improve the quality of life of older adults by supporting their dignity, independence, and well-being in their own homes. It is very rewarding to know that through my work I can provide care, companionship, and peace of mind to both my clients and their families.

Job Title: Personal Care Homemaker
From: Guatemala
Speaks: English, Spanish, some ASL
I recently graduated from MassBay Community College. I am excited to begin nursing school, where I will continue pursuing my passion for providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. Before joining JFS as a Home Aide, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which gave me valuable hands-on experience caring for patients and strengthened my commitment to healthcare. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, watching movies, building LEGO sets, and staying active at the gym.
I believe the work I do at JFS is important because it helps clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Being able to provide compassionate care and make a positive difference in someone’s daily life is both meaningful and rewarding to me.
