One of our main tenets at JFS is Tikkun Olam (Repairing the World).

Never has our Earth been in more need of physical repair than with the current major global warming and climate change we are experiencing. We must act now. This imperative was the driving force behind JFS’ Climate Change, Environment and Sustainability Policy. The purpose of this policy is to address climate change, environment and sustainability and to integrate planning and action on those issues into the mission of JFS.

Working with our community partners, JFS seeks to create opportunities to highlight and be involved with environmental efforts that are conducive to enhancing client service delivery, reduce operating costs, and demonstrate leadership on climate and sustainability causes in the community.

This April in recognition of Earth Month, JFS affirms its commitment to addressing climate change both through organizational practices as well as collaborative partnerships.
