JFS of Metrowest has been providing emergency support to the Haitian families that have recently arrived to the Metrowest area including young children and babies. As these families are entering their first winter in Massachusetts, they are in need of winter supplies.
Once again, the Rashi Community has generously supported JFS during Sukkot to fulfill the mitzvah of helping support those in need. Rashi recently dropped off clothes to JFS including snowpants, hats, gloves, and hair products. The donations went to the JFS Resource Room at Framingham Public Schools to be distributed to Haitian Families before the weather begins to get colder.
JFS is so grateful for the JFS/Rashi strong collaborative partnership, as together we support those in need!
