Throughout the process of relocating the Ukranian families to the Metrowest area, there have been many businesses that have stepped up to help. The businesses helping JFS of Metrowest take care of the Ukranian families are Carmel Movers, Mark’s Moving & Storage, and Ashland Mini Storage.
Carmel Movers discounted their moving services to help JFS of Metrowest move donated furniture into apartments all over the Metrowest area for many resettled clients. Carmel Movers offers local and long distance moving, packing services, storage, and business/ office moving. They have two locations in the Boston and Metrowest areas. Carmel Movers is family owned and has been in business for 19 years.
Mark’s Moving & Storage Company donated multiple storage pods for JFS of Metrowest to keep our donated furniture items in before we were able to move Ukranian families into their apartments across the Metrowest area. Some of their services include helping people move throughout New England, the Country, and Internationally. Mark’s Moving and Storage is located in Westboro and has been in business for 44 years.
Ashland Mini Storage donated a storage unit for JFS of Metrowest to keep donated furniture in until ready to move to housing for incoming Ukrainian clients. Ashland Mini Storage is located in Ashland, Massachusetts and has storage options for residential, vehicle and commercial. You are able to rent Uhaul trucks on location as well.
