As part of the JFS/ Rashi Learning and Leadership Council, JFS welcomed 41 Rashi students to the JFS Resource Room at Framingham Public Schools. After a presentation by Lucia Panichella, Senior Director of Programs and Partnerships students learned how the JFS Resource Room supports newly arriving students to the Framingham Public School system. The Rashi students then assembled holiday gift bags containing clothes, socks, mittens, and hats for over 35 Haitian children that are currently being supported by JFS.
Thank you to the Rashi students and families for contributing hundreds of pairs of socks for this incredible project!
